This is a small, elegantly appointed guestroom in a loft apartment in an historic landmark building in Soho.  The apartment is beautifully decorated with antiques and oriental carpets.  The guestroom comes with a full-sized SOFA BED (only) and private entry. A private bath with shower (no bathtub) is a rich burgundy color. The host provides coffee or tea in the morning. There is a sweet, playful dog in the loft, who does not have access to the guest bedroom wing. In the very heart of hip and exciting Soho, you are just steps from Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Noho, Chinatown, Little Italy and the fabulous new dining Mecca of the Lower East Side. Major subway lines are within a few blocks.

THIS IS A HOSTED ACCOMMODATION WHICH MEANS THAT THE HOST IS ALSO IN RESIDENCE DURING THE STAY. However she is in the other side of the loft.  Guests have their own keys and access to their own private entry foyer.  So, it is very private.
