This is a very charming and bright, walk-up 700 square foot one bedroom apartment in the heart of the West Village and convenient to all of the area attractions and subway stations.  It is a short walk to the rest of Greenwich Village, Soho, Meatpacking District and Chelsea.

There is a queen-sized bed in the private bedroom and a full-sized sofa bed in the living room.  There is one bathroom with shower stall and a full kitchen with a a stainless steel refrigerator and professional stove. In the living room there is a 42” flat screen television with surround sound, dvd and a cd player.  There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.

Although there is no cat in residence, once in a great while a cat stays as an overnight guest.

This is a very wonderful accommodation for 1-4 guests and in one of the best locations in Manhattan's Greenwich Village.

This is a very large, full-floor, private, three-bedroom loft for 1-8 guests. It features huge windows along the entire west and north sides of the loft making it extremely bright and cheerful.

One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable king-sized bed. The other bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. Host will provide air mattresses for a maximum of two additional guests at an additional nightly charge. The large, open kitchen, with lots of cabinet space and butcher-block counters is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker) and dishwasher.

The loft has very high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout and is furnished in a comfortable and elegant mid-20th century modern style.

Direct TV, wireless high-speed Internet and air conditioning are included.

It is located in one of the hottest and trendiest parts of Manhattan’s Soho and Nolita district replete with restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops and galleries, as well as just a couple of blocks to many major subway lines (N, R, 6, B, D, F, Q). It is also a quick walk into Little Italy, Chinatown and Tribeca.

This is a large (approximately 750 square feet) and comfortable two-bedroom apartment. It is the entire first floor of a small building. The apartment has its own private back yard.  One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other a double bed. The owner will provide a comfortable air mattress for use in the living room. There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The building is located on Henry Street at Sackett, in a beautiful neighborhood of brownstones. 

Carroll Gardens is an old neighborhood of brownstones (typical old style red stone New York townhouses) and narrow tree lined streets. There is lots to do and you will find many great restaurants and lively bars nearby on Court and Smith Streets. It is next to the neighborhoods of Red Hook and Gowanus with their artists, and a short bus ride to Park Slope and Prospect Park, Brooklyn's equivalent to Central Park. Its also a nice walk through Cobble Hill to the promenade, with a wonderful view of downtown Manhattan, and then across the Brooklyn Bridge.

It is about an 8 minute walk to the Carroll stop where both the F train (4 stops into Manhattan) and the G train to Williamsburg and Long Island City Queens go.  It is also a quick taxi ride into lower Manhattan.

The second bedroom has bunk beds for two guests and a crib.  The third bedroom is set up as an office, but the owners will offer a queen-sized air mattress for one or two guests to use in that room. There is another private terrace off of that bedroom.

The living room is furnished in an elegant modern style. The kitchen is fully equipped.  The home is very child/family friendly.

It is located just a short walk to Smith and Court Streets which are the main, busy shopping streets replete with cafes, bars, restaurants and activity.  It is also very near neighborhood parks, museums and Downtown Brooklyn.

It is also very convenient to public transport.  The nearest subway lines are the F and G (3 blocks), A and C (4 blocks), Atlantic / Pacific stop (4 blocks) and the 2 and 3 (4 blocks).  From here it is only four stops to Times Square.

The owner of this unit requires 700.00 refundable damage deposit, but will refund it upon guests’ departure.  She also asks that guests remove their shoes upon entering the apartment for the sake of cleanliness as well as a courtesy to the neighbors downstairs.
