There is a Master Bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, one with a queen sized loft bed, one with a single bed and an additional loft bed. The loft has a lovely living room, full dining room and kitchen. Apartment has unlimited outgoing phone call usage. 

The loft can comfortably accomodate 4 people, but we can host an additional 2 people for an extra $75 per night, per person. (Maximum number of people is 6.) 


Conveniently located in the center of Manhattan, this acocomdation is great for shopping, going to Broadway theaters, the Jacob Javits Convention Center and general sightseeing. Chelsea, the Flatiron district, Gramercy Park are a short stroll away. Macy's, Times Square and famous 5th Avenue are all right here. Most major public transportation is also within a few short blocks. 


Renters are asked be extremely respectful of this beautiful property. It is a special and very well tended home. No gatherings or visitors and no smoking.

This beautiful space is fully furnished with antiques and is on the ground floor of a quiet, well-maintained, secure building with a private gated entrance.  There are double beds in two bedrooms, and a queen-sized bed in one bedroom.  For an additional two people, an air mattress is provided.

The apartment includes a beautiful sunroom, a huge open living room/dining/kitchen area and even an office and laundry room.  The apartment includes a private garden, perfect for morning breakfasts or evening relaxation. Easy access to major transportation, including the 1, 2, 3, 9, B and C trains, with the M2 Limited (Express) bus stopping right in front of the building.

Limited Liability:

Guest agrees to indemnify Owner, host/hostess and their agent for any damages to self, other guests and invitees, the apartment, grounds, furnishings, and household items, which is a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. In the event that damages result from a guest's occupancy, Owner is authorized to utilize the "Security Deposit" to reimburse the Owner for said damages. Owner, Host/Hostess & their agents will not be liable for any damages to property or liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, and not withstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the total liability, in the aggregate, of the Owner, Host/Hostess & their agents, and any of them, to the Guest(s) and anyone claiming by or through the Guest(s), for any and all claims, losses, costs or damages, including attorneys’ fees and costs and expert-witness fees and costs of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses resulting from or in any way related to the Project or the Agreement from any cause or causes shall not exceed the total rent received by the Owner under this Agreement. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Guest agrees to indemnify and save Owner, Host/Host and their agents and employees, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in connection with the rental of the apartment, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s) or any Guest’s invitees. In the event the Owner or its agent has to resort to legal process to enforce rights under this Agreement, Guest shall be responsible for reasonable Attorney fees and costs. Guest agrees this contract is entered into in New York, New York and consents to the personal jurisdiction of and to be governed by the laws and courts of the State of New York.

A private bath with shower (no bathtub) is a rich burgundy color. The host provides coffee or tea in the morning. There is a sweet, playful dog in the loft, who does not have access to the guest bedroom wing. In the very heart of hip and exciting Soho, you are just steps from Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Noho, Chinatown, Little Italy and the fabulous new dining Mecca of the Lower East Side. Major subway lines are within a few blocks.
