This is a tremendous and great full-floor loft with extra large windows and a great urban view which includes the Empire State Building. It is in an older, formerly commercial building which is now mostly residential. The space was converted to a home in about 1990. It is in an older "real" New York loft building with elevator.
Three comfortable, private bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and are extremely quiet. Each bedroom has a queen- sized bed and air conditioning. The building was formerly commercial and the loft has an industrial feel but is a very comfortable and incredibly spacious home. There is one very large bathroom with tub/shower combination. The open kitchen is fully functional with an older restaurant six-burner stove as well as two ovens, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven and drip coffee maker. The loft is very conveniently located for shopping, theaters and sightseeing. Just minutes away are Chelsea, the Flatiron District, Gramercy Park, Union Square and Midtown. A short stroll away are Macy's, Broadway theatres, Times Square, and world-famous 5th Avenue. Most major public transportation including subways (1, 2, 3, 6, N, R, B, D, F, V, PATH trains) and buses is within a few blocks of the loft.

Limited Liability:

In the event that damages result from a guest's occupancy, Owner is authorized to utilize the "Security Deposit" to reimburse the Owner for said damages. Owner, Host/Hostess & their agents will not be liable for any damages to property or liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, and not withstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the total liability, in the aggregate, of the Owner, Host/Hostess & their agents, and any of them, to the Guest(s) and anyone claiming by or through the Guest(s), for any and all claims, losses, costs or damages, including attorneys’ fees and costs and expert-witness fees and costs of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses resulting from or in any way related to the Project or the Agreement from any cause or causes shall not exceed the total rent received by the Owner under this Agreement. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Guest agrees to indemnify and save Owner, Host/Host and their agents and employees, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in connection with the rental of the apartment, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s) or any Guest’s invitees. In the event the Owner or its agent has to resort to legal process to enforce rights under this Agreement, Guest shall be responsible for reasonable Attorney fees and costs. Guest agrees this contract is entered into in New York, New York and consents to the personal jurisdiction of and to be governed by the laws and courts of the State of New York.
