Limited Liability:

Guest agrees to indemnify Owner, host/hostess and their agent for any damages to self, other guests and invitees, the apartment, grounds, furnishings, and household items, which is a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. In the event that damages result from a guest's occupancy, Owner is authorized to utilize the "Security Deposit" to reimburse the Owner for said damages. Owner, Host/Hostess & their agents will not be liable for any damages to property or liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, and not withstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the total liability, in the aggregate, of the Owner, Host/Hostess & their agents, and any of them, to the Guest(s) and anyone claiming by or through the Guest(s), for any and all claims, losses, costs or damages, including attorneys’ fees and costs and expert-witness fees and costs of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses resulting from or in any way related to the Project or the Agreement from any cause or causes shall not exceed the total rent received by the Owner under this Agreement. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Guest agrees to indemnify and save Owner, Host/Host and their agents and employees, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in connection with the rental of the apartment, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s) or any Guest’s invitees. In the event the Owner or its agent has to resort to legal process to enforce rights under this Agreement, Guest shall be responsible for reasonable Attorney fees and costs. Guest agrees this contract is entered into in New York, New York and consents to the personal jurisdiction of and to be governed by the laws and courts of the State of New York.

This is a wonderful private, master bedroom suite with its own very large full bathroom and king sized bed in a huge and wonderful apartment.  It is in one of Manhattan's best and most convenient residential neighborhhoods.  The building has a 24 hour doorman.

The suite is extremely quiet and peaceful and is very private from rest of the home. Adding to the spaciousness are high ceilings throughout the apartment.  The hosts are gracious and allow some use of their large and well equipped kitchen.

There is a sweet, playful dog in the loft, who does not have access to the guest bedroom wing.
